Similar conditions were also noted at the twin 24"culverts (C-3)that are the <br /> primary and emergency spillways for the King II pond. The outlet ends of all three of these culverts <br /> had been cleaned prior to this inspection, and the downstream ditches had been graded and enlarged <br /> to allow easy access by a skid-steer for ease of maintenance in the future. The ground was <br /> covered with approximately 4 inches of snow.
