The operator's <br /> representative explained that the plant was operating at about half capacity while operational adjustments were <br /> being made. <br /> Processing waste from the plant located on the Lower Refuse Pile is carried by Refuse Conveyor PP-4 over the <br /> mine entrance road to the top of the Refuse Pile Expansion where the waste is loaded into trucks at the Refuse <br /> Truck Bin.
