Ryan Sweetwood represented the <br /> operator. <br /> Selected photographs taken during the inspection are attached to t he end of this report.,With the operator's <br /> consent,this report was issued from the Denver office of DRMS. <br /> The ground was partially covered with snow. Snow cover prevemed access to higher areas. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond SG-1 (outfall 014)in Sylvester Gulch appeared in good shape. Sediment was cleaned from this pond in Fall <br /> of 2010. <br /> Construction was completed earlier this year on the following structures that were approved in TR-119: new pond <br /> MB-5E, a 48-inch diameter HDPE pipe that was buried and will feed runoff to pond MB-5E, a bridge across the <br /> North Fork that provides access to pond MB-5E, and a concrete-lined sediment sump next to the construction site <br /> of stacktube ST-5 (former site of pond MB-2R). Pond MB-5E wa:,built at the same location as former pond MB- <br /> 5 (which was the Bear Mine pond), and replaces removed pond M:3-2R. Pond MB-1 has been converted to <br /> freshwater storage and has been re-named pond FW-2. <br /> The fabric-lined,two-celled RPE ponds appeared in good condition and were not discharging.
