Doyle Construction, Inc. is a general contractor whom also
specializes in earthwork and excavation projects in Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Summit counties. They understand
the challenges of working in a mountainous environment and the logistics necessary to mobilize labor,
equipment, and materials necessary for this reclamation project.
Refer to Appendix K for a detailed cost breakdown and schedule for the reclamation, closure, and post closure
requirements of this project. Careful consideration was used at expressing cost elements on a unit cost basis
that can be reviewed as required by 1.8.3 (D).
1.8.14 Certificate of Deposit for Closure and Post-Closure
Venture Resources elects to select the financial instrument of a Certificate of Deposit for the Financial
Assurance requirements of Section 1.8 of the Regulations.
As estimated in Appendix K, it is felt that a renewable Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $28,000 for a
period of one (1) year will satisfy the requirements set forth in Section 1.8. This amount will be reviewed each
year of operations and adjusted as necessary. This amount not only covers Maximum Exposure at any period of
operations, but also would cover the prescribed Post Closure period.
3.3 Operating Criteria
3.3.1 General Data
Venture Resources, Inc.
Ryan McHale, VP Operations
1835 Two Brothers Rd.
PO Box 1974
Idaho Springs, CO 80452
P: 303-619-6323
F: 303-484-6369
Location: Unincorporated Clear Creek County, Township 3 South, Range 73 West, Section 26, 27, 34, 35
Area Total Site: 40.05 acres
Disposal Area: 7.6 acres, see Boundary Line Survey and Parcel Plat in Appendix A.
Type of facility: Mine waste rock processing
0
`s o? 42189
