estimated to be 1 gallon. Given the containment and clean-up efforts, the
volume that actually migrated from the site via the mine drainage stream is likely
much smaller than 1 gallon.
On 11/05/2010, after not hearing from the Engineer, ExxonMobil again contacted
Mr. Stasinos and informed him the spill/leak amount was estimated to be 1
gallon. Mr. Stasinos said he would pass this information regarding the quantity (1
gallon) on to the Engineer.
To date, E.xxonMobil has not been contacted by anyone from the CDPHE. Given
that we have not been requested to file a written report of the spill to CDPHE, we
are providing you with this written summary as you requested.
If you have any questions or need more information please contact
Mark Del Pico at 713-431-7581.
Respectfully submitted,
'ZZZ? GjAAA?
Tom L. Adams
Colony Supervisor
Exxon Mobil Global Services Co.
Acting for and on behalf of
Exxon Mobil Corporation
