The CQC certificates provided by the resin manufacturer are <br />presented in Appendix 1-3. <br />5.2.2 Roll CQC Certificates <br />Lone Star provided CQC certificates for each roll (approximately every 10,000 ft2) of LLDPE <br />geomembrane used for the project, exceeding the required minimum frequency of one per <br />50,000 square feet of geomembrane. AMEC reviewed the CQC certificates to verify <br />conformance of the geomembrane to the project requirements. Geomembrane was placed <br />only when complete CQC documentation was provided and AMEC determined that test <br />results met or exceeded project specifications. The geomembrane roll CQC certificates are <br />presented in Appendix 1-4. <br />5.2.3 Welding Rod CQC Certificates <br />• Welding rod certification consisted of resin CQC documents for the resin used to <br />manufacture the welding material for the Cresson Project. The welding material used on <br />this project was produced from three batches of resin. AMEC's review of the CQC <br />certification indicates that the resin used to manufacture the welding material met project <br />specifications. The welding rod CQC certificates are presented in Appendix 1-5. <br />5.3 Geotextile CQC Documents <br />Geotextile used to construct the Underdrains was manufactured by the TenCate <br />Pendergrass, GA. Quality Control Certificates for the geotextile, which meet the project <br />specification, are presented in Appendix 1-6. <br />5.4 Geogrid CQC Documents <br />Geogrid used for the remediation of the underground workings was manufactured by the <br />TENSAR Company of Morrow, Georgia.
