ameCI9 <br />• <br />3.3 2010 OSA Liner System <br />Geomembrane installation activities for the 2010 Phase 5 OSA liner system included <br />deployment, seaming, and non-destructive and destructive testing of 80-mil single-sided <br />textured LLDPE geomembrane(textured side down). Lone Star deployed geomembrane <br />panels as follows: <br />• 80-mil single-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane (textured side down) <br />panels P-1 through P-120 as part of the primary liner (approximately <br />190,467 square feet); <br />Geomembrane was placed on compacted and approved SLF as part of the 2010 Phase 5 <br />OSA. Record Drawing No. 5 in Appendix A presents the 2010 Phase 5 VLF geomembrane <br />panel layout for the primary geomembrane layer. Ames anchored geomembrane at the <br />limits of the Phase 5 PSSA in an anchor trench a minimum of 3 feet deep by 1 foot wide. <br />The 80-mil LLDPE geomembrane tie-in panels overlapped the Phase 5 PSSA <br />geomembrane panels a minimum of 3 feet and were extrusion welded, as shown in IFC <br />• Drawing A250. <br />3.4 PSSA Liner System <br />Geomembrane installation activities for the PSSA liner system included deployment, <br />seaming, and non-destructive and destructive testing of 100-mil single-sided textured <br />LLDPE geomembrane, 100-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane, and 100-mil <br />smooth LLDPE geomembrane. Lone Star deployed geomembrane panels as follows: <br />• 100-mil single-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane (textured side down) <br />panels S-1 through S-87, S-96 through S-287, S-330 through S-366, <br />S-419 through S-422, S-455 through S-463, S-480 through S-497, and <br />S-525 through S-861 as part of the secondary liner (approximately <br />1,385,512 square feet); <br />• 100-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane panels S-464 <br />through S-479 and S-498 through S-524 as part of the secondary liner <br />(approximately 65,055 square feet); <br />C] <br />AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc. <br />2000 S.
