Ames also provided locations for SLF density tests, SLF depth <br />checks, geomembrane panels, and destructive tests, which were used by AMEC to develop <br />test summaries and the geomembrane panel layout drawing. <br />1.6 Certification Boundary <br />Figure 2 presents the boundary of the 2010 Phase 5 VLF that is being certified in this report. <br />The certification boundary coincides with the limits of the 2010 Phase 5 VLF liner system <br />and includes underground mine workings remediation; underdrain construction; site grading; <br />subgrade preparation; SLF placement and compaction; primary and secondary 100-mil <br />(smooth, single-sided textured and double-sided textured) geomembrane liner installation; <br />primary 80-mil singled-sided textured geomembrane installation; LVSCS placement <br />(LVSCF, piping and risers); installation of High Volume Solution Collection pipes and risers <br />within the Phase 5 PSSA; and DCF and SDCF placement. <br />AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc. <br />2000 S.
