Responses are hereby given to each of the <br />issues requesting additional information or clarification. The original request has been quoted <br />and typed in bold. The response is then provided in italics. <br />Application Form <br />Line 1 Applicant/Operator - Should read "Clyde A. Couch", not Caliche School Pit. This <br />will match the Applicant /Operator line on Page 7 exactly, and no other modifications will <br />be needed to the certifications page. <br />The correction has been made and a copy is attached. <br />Section 12 Primary future land use - should be changed to "rangeland" instead of <br />pastureland. This will match the text in the rest of the application, as well as be a more <br />accurate characterization. <br />This change has been made. A copy of the change is attached. <br />Section 13 Primary present land use - should be changed to "mining' instead of <br />pastureland as the site is a currently permitted operation. <br />This change has been made. A copy of this change is also attached. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT B Essentially adequate, although I believe it may be worth pointing out <br />just for clarification that there is an existing pre-permit high-wall along the northeast side <br />of the site that is outside the permit boundary. I think it would also be worth adding this
