Existing public parka in the vicinity of [he proposed permit area include those
found in Craig (6-1 /2 miles NE of the mine site), the Hoffat County Park (located
just south of the Yampa River on State Nighway 394 and about 6 miles NE of the
mine site), and in Meeker (approximately 47 miles south of the mine site). None
of these areas will be affected by the proposed mining operations at Trapper
Mine.
