<br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 4613 Jacksboro Highway, Wichita Falls,
<br />Texas 76301 (telephone (940) 322-4772) has filed an application for a revision to a valid
<br />existing permit for the Carbon Junction Mine (permit C-92-080) with the Colorado
<br />Division of Minerals and Geology. The subject of the revision is the demonstration of
<br />successful reclamation in order to allow removal of sediment ponds at the mine site. The
<br />legal description of the permit area is: a tract of land located within Section 33, Township
<br />34'/2 North, Range 9 West and Section 33 of Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian, La Plata County, Colorado and being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />A perimeter tract of land less an inscribed tract of land located In Section 33,
<br />Township 35 North, Range 9 West, Section 33, Township 34%2 North, Range 9 West
<br />and Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 9 West, North of Ute Line, New Mexico
<br />Principal Meridian, In La Plata County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 33, Township 35 North;
