Venture Resources, Inc.
PO Box 1974 (303) 619-6323
Idaho Springs, CO 8o4452 Fax: (303) 484-6369
venttireresou reesc?att.net
November 22, 2010
CO Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Attn: Jared Ebert
RE: M-2009-076 Application
Subject: Response to DRMS' Nov. 22nd ThirdAdequacy Review
Dear Mr. Ebert:
Venture Resources is in receipt of the DBMS' November 22"d Third Adequacy Review. Following are our
responses enumerated in the same manner as found in that Review:
Page 1, Item #1: Venture Resources commits to notifying the DRMS ten days prior to doing any Shelby tube, core
sampling collection operations. Additionally, it is committed that the results of this test will be reported in the
Annual Reclamation Report. A revised Exhibit C has been attached reflecting this commitment (see page 20-21 of
Exhibit C, Rev. 3).
Page 1, Item #2: Venture Resources commits to notifying the DRMS according to Rule 3.1.5(9) prior to importing
any offsite material. A revised Exhibit C has been attached reflecting this commitment (see page ] of Exhibit C,
Rev. 3):
"It shall be clearly understood that a permit modification will not be necessary for milling similar
ore of similar mineralogy from imported locations. Notwithstanding, Venture Resources will
notify the DRMS and follow the reporting requirements of Rule 3.1.5(9) prior to importing any
offsite material. This notice shall include at a minimum the following information: general
description of material, source location with DRMS permit number, volume of material, and
operation period dates."
Page 1, Item #3: Venture Resources commits to providing the quarterly piezometric survey results, to include data
and a graphic map schematic, in the Annual Reclamation Report. A revised Exhibit C has been attached reflecting
this commitment (see page 20 of Exhibit C, Rev. 3).
Page 2, Item #4: Venture Resources has exhaustively tried to explain to the DRMS the situation that we have in
regards to zoning and land use issues in Clear Creek County. Please reference the previous letters we submitted on
Oct. 15th and Oct. 26th, 2009.
It appears we have reached an impasse on this subject. We want a speedy resolve and have elected to change all
post-mining land use references in our permitting with the State of Colorado to read: "rangeland, as defined by
the Colorado MLRB Hardrock Rules". Please see attached Exhibit D, Rev. 3.
