1) Measures taken to Minimize Disturbance : If need be, operator will create <br />permanent ditching to direct run-off water from affected area (only case would be <br />snow melt) to ponds which exist on landowner's property but are not a part of the <br />affected acreage of area. <br />m) Deposit is processed on site using the Water JET to quarry or high pressure water <br />extraction (see letter from engineer). Diamond wire saws, cut-off saws, guillotine, <br />polisher, and hand tools are used to process the deposit. <br />n) The commodity mined/extracted is Colorado Rose Red granite composed of red <br />feldspar, black mica, and white quartz. See letter from engineer. <br />o) There are no incidental products extracted. Everything extracted is solid granite <br />blocks and it is all processed. <br />p) No explosives will be used in conjunction with the operation. <br />Exhibit D- Reclamation Plan <br />a) There is no overburden to be replaced. <br />b) Maximum Gradient of Reclaimed Slopes: 5%. <br />c) Measures taken to Revegetate the Site: There was no vegetation to begin with that <br />needs to be replaced. <br />d) What remains after Reclamation: One main access road will remain after <br />reclamation for the use of the landowner. <br />e) Reclamation Treatment: There are no contaminates in granite.
