Please confirm that water sampling is limited to surface waters
or groundwater sampling that does not require ground disturbance. Loretta
From: Erickson, Wally
Sent: Friday, November 12, 2010 9:49 AM
To: Shuey, Steve
Subject: FW: Wildcat Mining
Importance: High
I have no problem with survey of surface features, as in typical survey activities and no earth moving or heavy
equipment. Would be nice to define what is intended by "collect water samples". Would be nice to us ensure that
"collect water samples" is limited to surface waters and does not include re-opening May Day Level 1, 2 or 3, or the
Idaho Mine to gain access to ground water, and does not include a drill rig to access ground water.
