I have attached a summary of the data collected to date and the <br />sampling sites proposed to be sampled next week. Please confirm that water sampling is limited to surface waters <br />or groundwater sampling that does not require ground disturbance. Would be nice to define what is intended by "collect water samples". Would be nice to us ensure that <br />"collect water samples" is limited to surface waters and does not include re-opening May Day Level 1, 2 or 3, or the <br />Idaho Mine to gain access to ground water, and does not include a drill rig to access ground water.
