Please submit a short letter, officially informing us of your recently acquired USFS
permit and intent to conduct survey and collect surface water samples. Please clarify the dates of your proposed
activities. Please enclose copy of the USFS permit. Such document in the public file, prior to you entering the site, will
ensure a clean record and help us deal with the complaints that will commence moments after you cross the USFS
property.
Given the short timeframes, please email me electronic copy of the signed letter and attached USFS permit, with hard
copy follow-up by US mail. I will print the electronic copy and place in the public file to ensure the record is complete
prior to Monday morning.
Good job with the USFS.
Wally
