13.) Processing area will move to the new phase once an area in the new phase has been mined and has <br />opened enough area to process and stockpile product. <br />14.) Scarify- this will take a chisel and tractors to loosen the hard soil, that was compacted from the <br />equipment, making for a better seed bed. 10 acres at $25.00/acre= $250. <br />21.) No mulch will be used.
