13.) Processing area will move to the new phase once an area in the new phase has been mined and has <br />opened enough area to process and stockpile product. <br />14.) After the 1" four phases have been mined, I will be submitting and obtaining approval from the <br />Division a technical revision t the mining plan to indicated the location of the newly plotted 10 acre <br />phases <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />15.) Hills and reliefs will be sloped at 3:1. The reclaimed area will be seeded as pastureland and we <br />won't know where and what size of hills will be made. We will seek advice from the Division of Willife. <br />16.) The dike will be made of overburden and/or sand at a 3:1 slope. Approximate dike size 3'-4' <br />high,24' wide and 150' long. <br />17.) 40% Little Bluestem 1.8#/acres pis <br />30 % side Oats 2.7#/acres pis <br />30% switchgrass 0.8#/acres pis <br />18.) No overburden will be replaced. Overburden is blow sand and adds little value. <br />19.) Seed bed shall be well settled and firm a cover crop maybe needed, before seeding of grass. <br />20.) Scarify- this will take a chisel and tractors to loosen the hard soil, that was compacted from the <br />equipment, making for a better seed bed. 10 acres at $25.00/acre= $250. <br />21.) No mulch will be used. A cover crop will be planted in summer a long season milo, 3lbs/acre, that <br />will not make grain or oats in late summer, 20 Ibs/acres, that will freeze out. <br />Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map
