May Day Idaho Mine Complex 112 (d) Permit Application <br />Augmentation Pipeline Corridor will occupy an affected area of 0.4 acres. The <br />location of the proposed corridor is illustrated on Figure C-4. <br />Chief Tunnel including the access road and buffer: Figure C-4 illustrates the location <br />of the Chief tunnel, the access road to the tunnel and the Little Deadwood Gulch <br />disturbed channel. The affected area including a 50 foot buffer zone is 0.3 acres <br />La Plata Bridge: Figure C-4 and Exhibit T illustrate the legal description for the <br />structure. The structure and the associated buffer zone is 0.1 acres <br />USFS Access Road-(if a special use permit is obtained) is illustrated on Exhibit C-1 and <br />Figure C-4. The affected land associated with the USFS Access Road is 1.0 acre. <br />Exploration roads and drill pads including a buffer of 50 feet buffer is illustrated on <br />Exhibit C-1 and Figure C-4. The affected lands are owned or leased by Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation. The affected lands associated with exploration will be equal to or less than <br />15.8 acres. <br />Pre-existing Roads:The affected lands associated with pre-existing roads including a 50 <br />foot buffer illustrated on Exhibit C-1 and Figure C-4 is 9.5 acres <br />New Access Road (Easement): A portion of the unimproved dirt access road across a <br />portion of the S/2 NW/4, of Section 28, extending a distance of six (6) feet on either side <br />from a centerline more particularly described as: commencing at the NW corner of that <br />parcel described in Reception No. 612844, being a 2" aluminum cap on a 5/8"rebar <br />stamped "Animas Surveying & Mapping PLS 32437" whence an angle point of said <br />parcel (a 1/2" rebar with a 3/4 " brass tag wired onto it that is stand "LS 5836") bears S <br />23°27'05"E, a distance of 98.89 feet: THENCE N76'1 8'90"W, a distance of 37.34 feet to <br />a point on the centerline of La Plata County Road 124, the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />THENCE N 89°10'44"E along the centerline of an existing road, a distance of 146.64 <br />feet; THENCE S 89°08'24"E along said centerline of a distance of 61.95 feet; THENCE <br />along said centerline on the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 75.00 feet, a <br />central angle of 48°16'23" a chord that bears N 67°45'07"E for 61.34 feet, a distance of <br />63.19 feet; THENCE N 43°36'56"E along said centerline, a distance Of 18.62 feet to a <br />point on the easterly line of that parcel described in Reception No. 809078, also being the <br />westerly line of the Golden Rule Placer, being the POINT OF TERMINATION, whence <br />said Northwest corner of that parcel described in Reception No. 612844 bears S <br />79'02'1 7W, a distance of 246.54 feet; County of La Plata, State of Colorado (the <br />"Easement"). The affected acreage is 1.8 acres. <br />Presently, Wildcat Mining Corporation is not in possession of a surveyed description for all of <br />the affected areas included within the boundary of this permit application. Upon approval from <br />the DRMS for site access, Wildcat Mining Corporation plans to survey all of the affected areas <br />included within the permit boundary, and submit this information to the DRMS to update this <br />permit application if necessary. <br />May Day Idaho Mine Complex 112(d) Permit Application <br />September 21, 2010 (Revised Oct. 22, 2010)
