The <br />township and range of the permit boundary is Section 28, T36N, R11 W, N.M.P.M. <br />The main entrance to the May Day Idaho Mine Complex Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) <br />Grid as determined by the United State Geological Survey (USGS) is 575797 413661. <br />The May Day Idaho Mine Complex includes the following affected lands: <br />May Day No. 1, May Day No.2, May Day No. 3 (Lamb), Idaho Millsite, Payday Millsite, the <br />Chief Tunnel including the access road and drainage channel), La Plata bridge, exploration <br />roads existing (access) including easement roads and designated buffer zones within the <br />identified permit boundary (Exhibit C-4). <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has acquired the following legal descriptions for these affected <br />areas: <br />The May Day parcels owned by Fairview Land Company and leased to Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation (Exhibit N, Attachment N-2) include the following parcel legal descriptions: <br />May Day No. 1: a tract of land located in Section 28, T3 6N, Rl I W, N.M.P.M. and being <br />more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point from which the W1/4 corner <br />of said Section 28 bears S 70°58'59"W a distance of 3268.40 feet, Thence, N 33°15'W a <br />distance of 300.0 feet, Thence N 56°45 E a distance of 500.0 feet, Thence S 33°15'E a <br />distance of 300.0 feet, Thence S 56°45'W a distance of 500.0 feet, to the point of <br />beginning and containing 3.5 acres. <br />May Day Idaho Mine Complex 112(d) Permit Application <br />September 21, 2010 (REVISED Oct. 22, 2010) <br />"Strategically Positioned - Technically Prepared" <br />5555 DTC Parkway Suite A-4000, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111 <br />Phone: (303)832-7664, Fax: (303)832-7469 <br />GEORGE M.L.
