In the case of the Morgans land, the topsoil on the
remaining portion of Morgans that is not under Irrigated
Crop (IC) will consist of two lifts of Prime Farmland Soil
as discussed in Item 1 above.
D. The top soiled land on the (Imp-P) will be rock picked,
land planned, leveled, and have water takeouts placed at
the edge of the field. In other words, it will be set up and
ready for the land owner to plant what ever crop or
grasses they want: when WFC gets their final reclamation
bond release.
Benson West
1. As discussed in Item 4 above, the entire amount of Mr. Benson's
CCC water shares have been dedicated to tracts of land already
under side roll sprinklers east of 2700 Road.
2. The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety will not allow
WFC to reclaim any more land that does not have sufficient
irrigation water to sustain a high standard of vegetation yield
(pounds per acre).
3. The entire reclamation of Mr. Benson's land north west of 2700
& BB Road Intersection will be put back as Dryland Pasture.
4. The majority of Benson West land is level or has a nice gentle
slope to the west. The majority of the flat area on top has been
rock picked but not land leveled. There may be a portion on the
west boundary that may riot rock picked. The out slopes to the
north will not be rock picked either. A water pipeline and
valve/metering system will be installed to the edge of the
property.
4. Dryland Pasture Seed Mix will consist of the same grasses and
shrubs as planted in the "Improved Pasture" (Imp-P) Post Mine
Vegetation.
WFC Exhibit 9
