The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. Problem: The operator reported a release of water from the mine pool through the mystery pipe 12/03 /2010 <br />and an overflow of water from the water treatment plant due to a filter malfunction.
