CTL I T overlaid the contours of groundwater
elevations before construction of the new reservoir onto the contours of groundwater
elevations after construction of a drain and the new reservoir. This imposition of
groundwater contours is shown on Figure 6. The drain reduced the maximum
estimated "'mounding" from 8 feet to 2 feet. The piezometers installed as part of the
investigation will remain in-place for monitoring during operations.
LIMITATIONS
This investigation was conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care
and skill ordinarily used by geotechnical engineers practicing in this area at this time.
No warranty, express or implied, is made.
