Heintzelman Project (Pit 116 <br />2. The Operator shall submit an amendment to the permit pursuant to Rule 1. 10, to increase the <br />affected area. The increased affected area would include the portion of Weld County Road 28 <br />where the conveyor crosses as well as the area released from the Nix site. The amendment <br />shall include detailed design specifications for the conveyor system, including the road <br />crossing. The design specification should provide enough information for the Division to <br />calculate the cost to reclaim the conveyor system. In addition, the amendment shall include <br />documentation of legal right of entry onto Weld County Road 28, a revised Mining Plan Map <br />which depicts the legal description of the amended area, an updated Reclamation Plan <br />describing how the conveyor system will be reclaimed, and an updated Mining Plan which <br />includes a plan for routinely inspecting the conveyor route. Please note the Operator shall <br />only notify Owners of Record of all land surface within 200 feet of the boundary of the <br />amended area as required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(e)(ii). <br />Kurtz Resource Recovery and Land Development Project: <br />3. The Operator shall submit a technical revision to the permit pursuant to Rule 1.9, to <br />incorporate the conveyor route into the affected area of the Kurtz site. The technical revision <br />shall include a revised Mining Plan map depicting the approximate location of the conveyor <br />route within the Kurtz permit boundary and a revised financial warranty estimate to account <br />for the reclamation of the conveyor system within the Kurtz site. In addition, the technical <br />revision shall address any changes to the Mining Plan, including changes in stockpile <br />locations. <br />The Division requests the revisions to the above permitted sites be submitted together to allow <br />for simultaneous review of the submittals.
