This <br />supplemental notice information is submitted in satisfaction of your request and the Mineral Rules <br />and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, Rule 1.6.2(1)(e)(i) and (ii), Rule <br />1.6.2(f) and Rule 1.6.2 (g), requiring notice and proof of notice to all Owners of Record of surface <br />and mineral rights and all Owners of Record within 200 feet of the affected land. <br />Thank you for your time in considering the notice materials.
