that once they receive a complete permit amendment for the proposed mining application at the <br />Wiley Pit, then at that time they will contact the Colorado Historical Society. The Historical <br />Society will conduct a search and determine whether or not a survey needs to be performed for <br />the area within the mining boundaries.
