13. The operator will commit to controlling the noxious weeds in the disturbed area until the <br />permit is released by the division. <br />14. The operator will revegetate using a diverse six seed mixture at 30 pounds per acre. The <br />operator will commit to using the approved six seed mixture and application rate for reclamation. <br />15. The operator has reviewed the current reclamation plan for the Parshall Pit 110c permit to <br />ensure compliance with the approved permit. <br />16. The operator has included a copy of the new water right for the Dawson Gulch Spring <br />showing it being changed from livestock to commercial use. Please see copy of water right in <br />application permit under Water Information Exhibit G. <br />17. The operator has reviewed the reclamation costs prepared by the state and after the onsite <br />meeting with Mr. Hayes the operator believes he has a better understanding of the reclamation that is <br />going to take place. The operator would like to ask the state to please reconsider their reclamation <br />costs. <br />18. The operator has included a copy of the APEN permit #98GR0487F and APEN permit <br />#06P00114, a letter from the Grand County Board of County Commissioners stating we have been <br />approved for a Special Use Permit as soon as we are approved by the state, and a copy of the Storm <br />Water Management permit. Please see these copies in the revised application under the Other Permits <br />and Licenses Exhibit M. <br />19. The operator has provided a revised Source of Legal Right to enter with a Notary of Public <br />signing the Source of Legal Right to enter meeting the requirement of rule 6.3.7. <br />20. The operator has included a revised Exhibit Q with the correct labeling on it. <br />21. The operator has included a revised Exhibit R with the correct labeling on it. <br />22. The operator has included a revised Exhibit S with the correct labeling on it. <br />23.
