Exhibit A - Legal Description of the Affected Land <br />Most of the 41.2 acre site, proposed for addition to Regular 112 Permit M-2001-085 by <br />this application to amend, constitutes the greater part of Lot 1 of the Corrigan <br />Subdivision, as described by the Corrigan Subdivision Plat, recorded in the Office of the <br />Clerk and Recorder of Adams County on October 30, 2002. The portion of Lot 1 of the <br />Corrigan Subdivision that is not proposed for addition to the mining permit is omitted, <br />because the Applicant anticipates its dedication to Adams County or to CDOT as right- <br />of-way for planned improvements to 120th Avenue. <br />A small portion of the land proposed for addition to Regular 112 Permit M-2001-085 is <br />proposed as a haul road connecting the originally permitted area to the area now proposed <br />for mining.
