While the amount of Lift B Topsoil available is 17 cubic yards short, this <br />amounts to less than a 0.004% deficit of thickness over the Lift B topsoil replacement area. <br />Considering that any swell of topsoil that is stripped from fresh ground is left out of the above <br />(Revised PR 06) 2.05.4(2)(d) -30 <br />
