b. This item requested a change to the map referenced as depicting the location of irrigation
features. The reference has been revised to refer to Map 2.05.4 -5. Resolved.
c. This item requested that the irrigated acreages of the Lloyd and Benson -West parcels be
revised on Map 2.05.4 -5 to conform to the post - mining topography. The proposed irrigation
layout for the Lloyd property has been revised to conform to the reclaimed topography, but
the layout depicted for irrigation of the Benson -West parcel does not appear to have been
altered. Please review the proposed irrigation layout for the Benson -West parcel and revise
as appropriate.
The irrigation layout on the Benson -West parcel will provide appropriate flood
irrigation over the irrigated pastureland area delineated on Map 2.05.4-5. The gated
pipeline is oriented so that the high point of the field is also the high point of the gated
pipeline. This means that irrigation water will flow both downhill to the north, and then
out to the west across the field, and will flow immediately west of the pipeline at the
uphill end of it. Combined with the presence of furrows in the topsoil as a result of
ripping the topsoil, the Benson -West irrigated pastureland will be sufficiently irrigated
with the irrigation system as designed.
20A. Resolved.
21. This item requested corrections to the pagination of Attachment 2.05.3(3) -8.
Item Resolved.
Rule 2.05.3(4) — Ponds, impoundments, other treatment facilities and diversions
22. -25. Resolved.
26. This item requested that corrections be made to the labeling of certain Attachments to Section
2.05.3(3). Resolved.
27 -29. Resolved.
Rule 2.0.5.4 (2)(c) Backfillina and Grading Plan
30 -35. Resolved.
36. a. Resolved.
b. This item requested that the locations of any temporary overburden stockpiles be delineated
on Map 2.05.4 -1 -2. This item was not addressed in the adequacy response, but WFC
subsequently stated verbally that no temporary stockpiling of overburden would occur.
Resolved.
c. Resolved.
37. Map 2.05.4 -1
a. The Division requested that the horizontal scale of the cross sections be adjusted from 1 "=
350' to 1 "= 400'. WFC provided the Division with an electronic version of Map 2.05.4 -1 on
August 19th, verifying that the horizontal scale of the cross sections has been changed as
requested. Hard copies of the map, sealed as required by the Rules, will be provided with the
final approved submittal. Resolved.
