A check for $2,500 is enclosed to cover the required permit fee. I am <br />submitting three volumes of the permit application documents with this application. A set <br />of these documents is separately being mailed each to DRMS' offices in Grand Junction <br />and Durango as well as to the Montrose County Court House Annex in Nucla. <br />The permit application documents were developed after WFC personnel held several <br />pre-application meetings with DRMS personnel and completed collection of base line <br />data on surface water, underground water well , soil resources, vegetation and <br />wetlands.
