Jim Ni Environmental Mana for Oxbow Minin <br />LLB` (MLL` was present durin the entire inspection. Weather conditions were sunn and warm and g round <br />conditions were dr <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br />-Draina Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6 Dischar Structures 4.05.7, <br />4.05.10 Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2 Ground Water Monitorin 4.05.13. Ponds B and D were retainin water, but were not <br />dischar Pond A b the mine site entrance was dr All three of these ponds were recentl cleaned and were <br />ver well maintained. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />Prior to the site inspection I reviewed g ob vent borehole (GVB) abandonment reports with Jim Ki at the mine <br />office. OMLLC has recentl submitted a minor revision application (MR-91) to provide for the inclusion of <br />borehole abandonment reports into the permit application packa OMLLC proposes to add the abandonment <br />information to existin well completion lo and the Division had some q uestions re the ade of <br />combin both coinpletion and abandonment information onto one report.
