The following are <br />provided for the Division's files and/or for your information: <br />1. A copy of the Quarterly Pond Inspection completed on June 24, 2010, together with a copy <br />of the transmittal letter for that report. <br />2. A copy of Well Permit Number 04289-F for the current "mixed use" well. This well supplies <br />water to the Shop-Office facility as well as for watering roads and the ash disposal area. It is <br />a replacement well for well 24650-F, now plugged and abandoned. <br />3. A copy of Well Permit Number 24650-F (also referred to as "Keenesburg #1" or "LFH-1") <br />4. A copy of the Well Abandonment Report for well 24650-F. <br />5. A copy of Well Permit Number 24651-F (also known as "Keenesburg #2" or "LFH-2"), the <br />second "mixed use" well. This well supported operations during the period that coal mining <br />was in progress, and is now plugged and abandoned. <br />6. A copy of the Well Abandonment Report for well 24651-F. File information indicates that <br />this well was abandoned in late 1985, that cement was circulated from a depth of 415 feet <br />to within 4 feet of surface (no quantity specified), and that the casing was cut off 4 feet
