The Permittee has committed to maintaining 3H:1 V slopes during mining. Will the Operator <br />be able to maintain 3H:1 V slopes using wet mining methods? If so, please describe how this <br />will be accomplished. <br />4. The approved Mining Plan states the portable plant will be located at the base of an actively <br />mined phase. Please describe where the portable plant will be set up if the site is wet mined. <br />5. In accordance with Rule 6.4.4(e), please provide a revised timetable describing the <br />relationship between mining and reclamation during different phases of the mining operation. <br />Also, include the anticipated point in time in which the slurry wall will be installed. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />c mt t_. mrlan states t ?_ t_ ? t length <br />?. the approved n R clarnatlon excess overburJen may be pl'ace' on the eiltlre length <br />of the reclaimed slope. As previously mentioned if you are <br />unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this <br />application.
