This mode of
operation will prohibit the pumps from operating automatically via the level controls.
Pump#1 ASD Fault alarm indicates that a fault has occurred on the pump #1 ASD motor control.
The SWWPS acts as an backup to the No. 5 Shaft Pump Station
Storke Wastewater Pump PUMP SET FAILURE- In the automatic mode of operation, this alarm will be activated if the probe control calls
Station* for a pump set to come on line and the set fails to function. During manual operation this alarm will come on if
one of the pump selector switches is in the start position and any of the pumps are not running.
RESERVOIR LOW LEVEL-This alarm is activated if the water level in the reservoir drops below 11,048'-6".
* remember that one The pumps may need to be re-primed.
discharge line should be PEAK FLOW CONDITION-This alarm activates if the water level in the reservoir rises to 1 1,055'-6"
drained for the winter RESERVOIR OVERFLOW-This alarm activates if the water level in the reservoir reaches 11,057'-6"
SUMP PIT HI-HI LEVELI-This alarm activates when the water level in the pump pit rises to the level
of the bottom of the floor trench in the basement.
PROCESSOR FAULT-This alarm indicates a failure in the programmable controller or a 480 volt power loss
All of the pumps will go down and will remain down until the fault is cleared. Contact an electrician if you
cannot restart the pumps by : (a) placing all pump selector switches to off (b) resetting processor fault
(c) selecting desired pump systems to auto
VALVE FAILURE-This alarms indicates that: (a) The hydraulic valves on discharge line No. 2 have failed to
fully open or fully close. (b) A check valve on one of the pumps has failed to close causing low manifold
pressure.
