Reporting: In the event of a failure in the pipeline system and if the discharge passes through
the blocked portion of the North Interceptor Canal, a "Spill Incident Report" form will be
completed immediately and given to the Environmental Coordinator. If the waters of the State of
Colorado are threatened by a spill of industrial water, the procedures outlined in Sections 4.2,
4.3, and 4.4 of this SPCC Plan should be followed. As a matter of corporate policy, a high level
of careful documentation is required for any system failure at No. 4 Dam (Eagle Park Reservoir).
