` LEGAL NOTICE
Elva Masters, 25901 US Highway 36, Anton, CO (970-383-2345) has tiled an appli-
cation for a Regular (112) and Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit
with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. The pro-
posed mine is known as Masters Pit 92 and. is located in the N1/2 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 32, T5S, R51W of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Colorado: The pro-
posed date of commencement is as soon as possible and the proposed date of com-
pletion is 2020. The proposed future use of the land is as a creekbed in rangeland.
Any disturbed banks and areas outside the creek will be reclaimed for rangeland.
Additional information and tentative hearing date may be obtained from the Mined
Land Reclamation Board. Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203

Written comments must be filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Board by 4:00
