The comments which <br />require a response are shown in bold as provided. Our responses are given in italics. <br />1.6.5 Specific Provisions -112 Reclamation Permit Application <br />1. As required by Rule 1.6.5 (2), please submit proof of the public notice circulated to all owners of <br />record of surface and mineral rights of the affected land, and easement holders that are on the <br />affected land and within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice may be return <br />receipts of a Certified Mailing or by proof of personal service. <br />The proof of notice to adjoining landowners is attached to this response. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />2. The applicant has indicated the site will be mined in eight (8) phases. Please commit to delineating <br />the boundary of any actively mined phase. <br />We are committed to erect perimeter boundary markers for any area within the pit which is currently <br />active or still open. <br />3. The Mining Plan states there will be a seventy five (75) foot setback from the pit and the permit <br />boundary. Please commit to delineating the setback using monuments or other markers. <br />The boundary markers delineating active or open areas will also include markers for the 75'setbacks <br />around the perimeter of the pit. <br />1
