Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) El EReclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />All observed roads and roadside ditches were functioning as permitted at the time of the inspection with <br />the following exception: along the D/E road roadside ditches require grading. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />A large gully in the reclaimed area above the pond in Oak Gulch drainage has been repaired. However, a <br />large amount of loose soil in the area will warrant future inspections and, quite likely, future maintenance. <br />During the time of the inspection, Mr. Kent Crofts was conducting vegetation sampling in the Oak Gulch drainage. <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.06E ?Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />During the inspection, scrapers were placing topsoil in an area west of F Pit and east of the designated <br />2010 Laydown Area. This area contains natural gas lines.
