Both ponds' embankments were stable and had a <br />moderate cover of vegetation. Primary discharge pipes were in place and both emergency spillways were clear of <br />any blockage. There was no blockage of the East Roatcap Creek culvert. <br />The sediment pond at the partially reclaimed highway coal stockpile area had a little water in it. The straw bales at <br />the inlet to the west side railroad culvert will need repair soon. <br />The sediment pond at the unit train loadout was dry. The gate on the primary discharge pipe was closed. There was <br />no debris that was blocking the emergency spillway. The pond's bin wall was stable. The upland diversion ditch <br />and culverts were in place. The upland diversion system. of ditches and culverts that is located in the central part of <br />the loadout was functioning properly.
