The annual fee was submitted under <br />sparate cover. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessa- <br />tion and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The <br />Financial Warranty for this operation is $142,900.00, the permit- <br />ted area is 70.12 ac.± and has a single Reclamation Phase. As <br />required in Rule 1. 6 the MINE PERMIT SIGN is at the entrance to the <br />pit and the boundary has been outlined with posts to delineate <br />the Permit Boundary. <br />Groundwater monitoring results are attached for the 3 <br />monitoring wells installed in June 2007. No mining has begun on <br />the eastern parcel so there is still time to collect the data. <br />The annual report requirements in the MLRB Rules and Regula- <br />tions, and the annual review letter are addressed in the follow- <br />ing report. Please refer to the 2010 ANNUAL REPORT MAP submitted <br />with this text for the locations of the areas discussed. <br />-` -('T) Miriing'c`ontriued on area previously disturbed- on-the mine- - - <br />floor. Approximately 1.00 acre was mined in 2009-2010 <br />(purple). The topsoil is stockpiled in the areas shown on <br />the map (yellow). We estimate there is 11,600 cy of topsoil <br />stored on the mine in various locations. At the current <br />time we have 26.05 acres ± disturbed in the pit (cross- <br />hatched). Of the total area disturbed at this time 24.00 <br />acres ± is floor area that will become a graded parking area <br />when reclamation is complete (brown & purple); and 0.98 <br />acres ± is partially reclaimed; and 2.21 acres is topsoil <br />stockpile areas (yellow). The remaining 1.04 acres is <br />stripped ready for mining. No mining has taken place in the <br />amendment area. There is adequate soil stockpiled on the <br />site to resoil the disturbed areas to the prescribed depth. <br />(2) No reclamation was required during this year. Grading and <br />shaping is complete on 0.98 acres on the northeast slope
