If appropriate please <br />also provide haul road specifications for the access and right of entry documentation. <br />2 . On pages 2.05- and 2.05 a brief discussion of the rail loop and spin track is provided, <br />but no specific description or maps with a plan plan/profile is included in the application for the <br />proposed railroad. Further, as stated in the Public Notice provided by CANT- Colorado and <br />briefly discussed in the wildlife Deport (Tab 1 the rail system will include a bridge to b <br />constructed over Reed wash. The only information provided about the bridge i s a brief <br />discussion contained in the wildlife Deport indicating that a dear span bridge Will b <br />constructed across the wash with no structures placed in the water. No other information or <br />specifications for the rail system or bridge across Reed wash are provid in the <br />application. <br />Rule 2.05.3 line facilities requires that the application include a description o each <br />road, conveyor, or rail system to be constructed, used, or maintained within the proposed <br />permit area. The description shall include a map, prepared in accordance with 2.1 0,, <br />appropriate cross sections, and the following: <br />( 1) Specifications for each road width, road gradient, road surface, road cut, fill <br />embankment, culvert, bridge, drainage ditch, and drainage structure; and <br />( vi) Drawings and specifications f or any stream fords proposed for use as temporar <br />construction routes. <br />In accordance with 2.05.3 please provide a description, appropriate maps and cross <br />sections,, and specifications for the proposed gall road loop, spun track, , and bridge. if <br />a stream ford over Reed Wash is necessary clung construction of the bridge and spur <br />track then please also provide dra ings and specifications for the temporary <br />construction route. <br />In accordance with Rule 2.07.3(1), you have the opportunity to an nd, review, or otherwise male <br />your application complete based on items l and 2 listed above. <br />If you have any questions, please contact nee. <br />Sincerely, <br />M i P, 4p��IaT <br />Michael P.
