There were no coal railcars <br />blocking the crossing. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The reclamation of the east mine silo area was stable. The reclaimed west mine yard area had a good <br />vegetative cover and no erosional gullies were observed. The backfilling of the east mine portal area and the west <br />mine portal and bleeder areas appeared to be stable, although the vegetative cover was poor. <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 ? ? Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The vegetative cover at the east mine yard area was moderate while that at the west mine silo area was <br />good. The vegetative cover at the two reclaimed portal areas and the one reclaimed bleeder area was poor. <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />The mud slide on the north side of the county road did not reach the road. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS - Rule 4.02: <br />The stream buffer zone signs were up at the reclaimed west mine silo area next to the river.
