The reclaimed areas have sufficient vegetative cover <br />to control dust. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING - Rule 4.14 ? ? No erosional gullies were observed. The pond's <br />embankment was well grassed and appeared to be stable. The combination spillway was in place and was clear of <br />debris.
