Dudash -2- September 1, 2010 <br />Access <br />All access to the drill sites will be from the mine site up Stephens Draw road, down the <br />Terror Creek Access road and then south on the Terror Creek Road. <br />Light Use Roads <br />Two new light use roads will be constructed. They will be reclaimed. <br />Soils <br />No detailed soil survey will be performed in the areas to be disturbed for the light use <br />road or drill pad. To the extent possible, depending on the slope of the ground surface, <br />topsoil will be salvaged. <br />Vegetation <br />Map 9A-1 Vegetation Analysis shows vegetation boundaries for the area to be affected <br />by this revision. The dominate vegetation type is Oakbrush. <br />Sedimentation Control <br />Through technical revision number 38, BRL incorporated into the permit typical drill pad <br />configurations and silt fence designs for the drill pads. <br />Reclamation Estimate <br />A reclamation estimate is enclosed. Amounts are provided to seal the hole and reclaim <br />and seed the drill site and light use roads. The estimated reclamation expense is <br />$14,070. <br />The following revised permit pages and maps are enclosed. <br />Volume I Page 113c & 114 -Added the new GVBs on last paragraph.
