Emmett: <br />On August 24, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on May 24, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Add underground mill to the operation, as well as underground disposal of tails, and placement of waste rock <br />sufficient to attain 3:1 reclamation slopes. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1979-181. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1979-181 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $18,738.00 exceeds the $9,481.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $9,257.00.
