Colowyo has <br />reviewed the PAR. Your comments and Colowyo's response is as follows: <br />Re: Colowyo Mine C-1981-019 <br />Preliminary Adequacy Review - Technical Revision 82 <br />Dear Mr. Blunt: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has received <br />the Colowyo Coal Company, LP's (Colowyo) submittal of Technical Revision 86 - <br />South Taylor Haul Road As-Built. The revision was submitted on 29 June 2010 <br />(received on 24 June 2010) and deemed complete on 6 July 2010. The Division has <br />reviewed the submittal and has the following preliminary adequacy questions. <br />1. On Map 25C, there are two polyp-shaped extensions shown at the north and south <br />ends of the South Taylor Haul Road. The Division assumes that these two <br />features are runaway truck ramps. No stationing or profile data has been <br />submitted for these extensions. Please provide labels, horizontal stationing and <br />centerline profiles for the polyp-shaped features illustrated on Map 25C.
