CQA ACTIVITIES:
SUMMARY:
The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction
activities of the contractor.
AMEC observed, logged data, and assisted in the installation of geomembrane within the Phase 5 VLF.
AMEC continuously monitored DCF placement within the Phase 5 VLF.
AMEC observed, obtained samples, and assisted in the process of DCF material at the DCF Process area.
AMEC observed the installation of the high volume solution collection system.
Testing Summary
Laboratory testing continued (Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture-Density Relations,
Specific Gravity, Permeability, and Point Load testing) for sampled materials.
