However,the backfilled west portal area continued to show <br /> signs of slope instability. Holes and cracks were apparent on the backfilled area. In spite of the orange color,the water has been found to be in compliance with water quality <br /> standards.The sediment pond was dry. The gated primary valve was closed and there was no blockage of the <br /> emergency spillway. <br /> The collection ditch leading into the sediment pond had sufficient capacity.
