Cotter should report the results of the monitoring to the Division on a monthly basis. The data <br />should be received by the Division no later than the 28`h day of the following month and be <br />reported consistent with the averaging period of each limit. <br />3. The temporary authorization to discharge from the 200-gpm water treatment system will expire <br />upon issuance of a Colorado Discharge Permit System permit for the discharge, or upon written <br />notification from the Division. <br />4. The authorization to discharge does not relieve Cotter from complying with all other applicable <br />Federal, State, and/or local laws in the installation and operation of the 200-gpm water <br />treatment system at the Schwartzwalder Mine.
