The 2-story office addition totals 2,580 square feet. The lower <br />level (1,380 square feet) consists of four offices, one restroom, lunch area, mechanical room, <br />and vault room. The upper level (1,200 square feet) consists of the company President's <br />office, one restroom, conference room, and plan/file room. The 2-story addition is a 2x6 <br />exterior wall construction with wood sheet siding. The interior walls and ceiling are textured <br />dry wall. The roof design is a hip style, corrugated metal sheeting roof. The new addition sits <br />on a concrete foundation with a full concrete floor. <br />Along with the office addition, we have recently upgraded our scale house from a 12'x 60' <br />single wide mobile unit, which existed within the permit area, to a 24'x 60' doublewide mobile <br />unit.
