This activity is only allowed if it is true field verification <br />and can be conducted without the use of equipment and involves no construction <br />activities. <br />• USACOE Permit-Annual monitoring of wetland mitigation. Again, this activity is <br />only allowable if it is true field verification and can be completed without the use of <br />heavy equipment. <br />In addition to the field verification activities that were discussed and approved, the <br />Division provided a preliminary approval of the "housekeeping tasks" outlined in Wildcat's <br />July 26th submittal. The tasks preliminarily approved include: Substances stored on pallets, <br />Drums of petroleum in secondary containment, Stained soil removal, Trash removal. At this <br />time, the Division does not authorize the relocation of the stockpiled ore as more information is <br />needed by the Division. Regarding the housekeeping tasks, the Division needs to know a work <br />schedule and when work on these tasks will commence. <br />In addition, upon commencement of the approved work the Division would like to <br />receive weekly updates regarding the status and progress of the work.
